Wild May Design grew from lived experience.
I have worked inside corporate media, fast-growing start-ups and established national brands. I understand production, growth, structure and scale.
Alongside this, I have practised yoga since the 1990s, grounding my work in purpose, dharma and heart-led direction.
Wild May sits at the meeting point of those two worlds.

I guide founders back to why they began, then help them create the brand, systems and foundations that allow that vision to grow in the real world.

About me
Lorna May
Before this chapter, I worked in corporate print media at EMAP in production, design and editing. From there I moved into the fast-growing start-up world with Deliciously Ella, and later into established brands such as Wagamama.
These experiences gave me more than design skills. They showed me how businesses actually grow - how systems support creativity, how clarity builds momentum and how vision translates into sustainable expansion.
Alongside this, I have practised yoga since the 1990s. Through yoga philosophy and my Irish roots, I’ve come to understand something deeper:
We each carry a dharma - a heart-led path.
But it is often layered over with roles, expectations and the need for approval.
When friends began opening small businesses, they came to me for branding support.
What I found was that the real work wasn’t just design.
It was remembering.
Why did you begin?
What difference do you want to make?
How do you want this work to feel - in your body, in your life?
When that becomes clear, design becomes simple.
Decisions become obvious.
Time and money are spent wisely.
Success is measured not only in the bank balance, but in the heart.
Who I Work With
My work naturally centres around the wellness world - yoga spaces, schools, nutrition brands, therapists and practitioners - all lived passions of my own.
Often I am working with one person and their dream.
